Stingray – Advanced (Must be able to swim 15m unsupported in Front crawl, Backstroke and Breaststroke)
Perfecting technique, increasing endurance and becoming a strong, confident swimmer
A class designed for young swimmers who have mastered foundational skills and are ready to advance, this class focuses on refining technique, building endurance and developing strong stroke mechanics. Our young swimmers will work on all four competitive strokes - freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke and butterfly - while improving breathing control, efficiency and speed. Our experienced instructors will provide personalised feedback to each individual to help them reach their full potential.
The perfect class for those children who have surpassed basic swim levels, the stepping stone class for those who are seeking swim team/club level participation. Approx 7+
